Cobb signs deal with Packers

GREEN BAY, Wisc. (WVLT) -- Former Alcoa and Kentucky standout Randall Cobb is officially a Green Bay Packer. The wide receiver signed a 4-year, $3.2 million deal Friday.

He will also receive an $850,000 signing bonus.

Cobb quarterbacked Alcoa to consecutive state championships in 2006 and 2007. He led Kentucky in receiving and kick returning during his third and final year in Lexington, receiving All-America honors as an all-purpose athlete.

Cobb was drafted by the Packers with the final pick of the second round of April's NFL Draft.
