CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Gone is head coach Andy Shattuck. But the Clinton Dragons are optimistic heading into the 2011 season.
Josh Kerr takes over in Anderson County, after Shattuck departed to spend more time with his family. The Dragons would like to spend more time in the playoffs -- they started the 2010 season 4-3, but lost their final three games to end the year outside the postseason.
Thirteen starters return for the men in black and orange, whose schedule is significantly tougher this year with the emergence of Powell, Oak Ridge and Hardin Valley, along with two-time state quarterfinalist Anderson County.
