KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- After a disappointing 2010 season the Kings Academy Lions look to improve on an 0-10 record.
The Lions return eight starters on both sides of the ball. Matt Evans is entering his first season as the Lions head coach and is feeling optimistic following strong summer workouts.
After starting at quarterback as a freshman Adam Deathergae will look to improve in his second season as starting quarterback.
Last season's leading rusher junior Waldo Rabie will look to contribute to an overall young offense. This youth is something that concerns Evans going into the season.
While young, Evans is excited to because the Lions have displayed such strong work ethic.
