NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT/release) -- Webb School guard Micah Scheetz was named Miss Basketball for 2014.
The other two finalists were Emily Lytle of Evangelical Christian School and Kaylan Pugh from St. Mary’s.
Scheetz is a 5’8”, sophomore, wing.
She is a two-year starter for the Spartans who averaged 16.5 points, four rebounds, two assists, and 3.1 steals per game.
Scheetz shot 56% from the field, 38% from three-point range, and 79% from the free-throw line.
She has been named to the All-District team twice and was a DII-A All-State selection as a freshman. Micah was named the MVP of both the District and Region tournaments this year.
