KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Phillip Fulmer hasn't coached a football game since he was fired from UT in 2008, according to an article from the Arkansas News that could soon change.
The report quotes a former assistant to Fulmer who says the former coach has had conversations with Arkansas administration regarding the job left open after Bobby Petrino was fired earlier this month.
