KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Oklahoma native Josh Richardson has committed to play basketball for Tennessee, according to GoVolsXtra.com.
Rivals.com rates the 6-foot-five guard as a three-star prospect. Richardson also had scholarship offers from Georgia Tech, TCU and Penn State.
