KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball team was back on the hardwood Wednesday afternoon for a team practice.
More important than a first glimpse at this years squad was the appearance of Pat Summitt on the sideline. Summitt spoke with the media afterward, saying that she was impressed with how much the team accomplished in a short time span.
While many of the questions were basketball related, coach Summitt did answer questions about her health. Pat said that she will be focused for the season as will her team. She even went on to say that team is motivated more than ever to win a 9th National Title.
