ATLANTA (AP) -- Kentucky's Victoria Dunlap has been selected as The Associated Press Southeastern Conference player of the year for the second straight season.
Dunlap received the honor Tuesday. She's also a unanimous selection to the AP's All-SEC first team.
Tennessee picked up two awards after winning the regular-season and tournament championships. Pat Summitt is coach of the year, while freshman Meighan Simmons was selected as newcomer of the year.
Joining Dunlap on the first team are Tennessee's Glory Johnson and Shekinna Stricklen, along with Georgia's Porsha Phillips and Alabama's Tierney Jenkins.
The second team is Simmons, LSU's LeSondra Barrett, Mississippi's Kayla Melson, Arkansas' C'eira Ricketts and Vanderbilt's Jence Rhoads.
