Vols 23rd in AP preseason Top-25 poll

(AP /WVLT-TV), Defending national champion Duke is a runaway No. 1 in The Associated Press preseason Top 25 men's basketball poll. The Blue Devils received 55 first-place votes from the 65-member national media panel, while No. 2 Michigan State, another Final Four team last season, picked up eight votes for the top spot. Bruce Pearl's Tennessee Volunteers will start 23rd according to the AP voters. The Vols are one of three SEC teams in the poll along with SEC East favorite Florida and Kentucky:
