KNOXVILLE (WVLT) -- Tennessee is not ranked in the preseason USA Today Coaches' Poll, which came out Thursday.

The Vols did receive seven voting points, however, ranking them 41st in the nation.

Eight SEC teams are ranked in the Top 25, with Alabama and LSU landing inside the top five. Oklahoma, Oregon and Florida State join the Crimson Tide and Tigers in the first five spots.
