30 Days 30 Vols: 1 Day/Derek Dooley

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Tennessee's success this season starts and ends with the man wearing the headset, first-year head coach Derek Dooley.

Dooley comes to Tennessee from Louisiana Tech, where he led the Bulldogs for three seasons.

But he's an SEC man through and through, growing up watching father Vince guide Georgia to national prominence.

Now Dooley stands at the summit of Rocky Top, ready to lead the Vols back to the big-time.

It all starts tomorrow when Tennessee kicks off the season against UT-Martin.
