Neighbors could crack I-81 shooter case

Local law enforcement agencies are working together trying to find those responsible for the shootings that took place on I-81. While that's happening those who live in the area are feeling the stress of a shooter on the loose.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol confirmed that two people were killed after a multi-vehicle crash on Clinton Highway near the Knox/Anderson County line.
